HASÇELİK HALAT yönetimi ve çalışanları olarak amacımız ’Dünya'nın yükünü kaldırıyoruz’ sloganıyla Halat ve tel üretimi yaparken her süreçte kaliteye, iş sağlığı ve güvenliğine önem vererek ve çevreyi koruyarak kalkınmaktır.

Yönetim sistemi şartlarına, yasa ve mevzuatlara uymayı taahhüt ederek ve herkesin bu sisteme tam olarak katılımı sağlanmıştır. 

Şirketimizin bağlamında, ihtiyaç ve beklentileri de göz önüne alarak, risk ve fırsatları değerlendirip, izlemeyi, aksiyonlar alarak amaç ve hedeflerine ulaşmayı başarmak için;

Müşterilerin ve tüm ilgili tarafların ihtiyaç ve beklentilerini standart ve şartnameler doğrultusunda kaliteden ödün vermeden tam olarak karşılamak, 

Yurt içi ve yurt dışı rekabet pazarında kaliteli üretimi artırarak, müşteri memnuniyeti, çalışan memnuniyetini ön planda tutmak,

Çevre dostu mantığı ile çevreyi korumak, kirliliği önlemek, atıkları azaltarak doğal kaynakları en verimli şekilde kullanmak,

Çalışmalarımızda oluşabilecek iş sağlığı ve güvenliği risklerini en aza indirerek çalışma ortamını en güvenli hale getirmek, 

Çalışanlarımızın sağlıklılarını korumak, faaliyetler içerisinde kaza ve acil durumlarda zararları en aza indirmek,

Bu kapsamda tüm çalışanlarımızla birlikte sürekli iyileşmeyi sağlamak tüm paydaşlarımızla işbirliği yaparak performansımızı artırmaktır.

As HASÇELİK HALAT management and employees, our aim is to develop by giving importance to quality, occupational health and safety and protecting the environment in every process while producing rope and wire with the slogan "We lift the weight of the world".

By committing to comply with the management system requirements, laws and regulations, and everyone's full participation in this system has been ensured.

In the context of our company, taking into account the needs and expectations, to evaluate and monitor risks and opportunities, and to achieve its goals and objectives by taking actions;

To fully meet the needs and expectations of customers and all interested parties without compromising quality in line with standards and specifications,

To keep customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction at the forefront by increasing quality production in the domestic and international competitive market,

To protect the environment with an environmentally friendly logic, to prevent pollution, to use natural resources in the most efficient way by reducing waste,

To make the working environment the safest by minimizing the occupational health and safety risks that may occur in our works,

To protect the health of our employees, to minimize damages in accidents and emergencies during activities,

In this context, to ensure continuous improvement with all our employees and to increase our performance by cooperating with all our stakeholders.

INFORMATION SECURITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM POLICY

Within the scope of the activities we carry out to achieve our goals in line with our strategic objectives, our objectives in the operation of our Information Security Management System are as follows:

- Fulfilment of ISO/IEC 27001 standard requirements, 

- Continuous improvement 

- Compliance with all legal requirements, 

- Reduction of risks 

- Prevention of violations, 

- Increasing employee and supplier awareness, 

- Planning and realization of trainings required for the development of competencies 

- Implementation of necessary plans and drills to ensure that business continuity is not interrupted.

We work with all our strength to be an exemplary organization in terms of information security in our sector in an integrated manner with other management systems.
